This article presents a novel approach to wireless temperature sensing based on a resonant PT-symmetric inductor-capacitor-resistor (LCR) circuit. The system consists of two antenna-sensor parallel LCR resonators that are coupled through induction, with one resonator exhibiting gain and the other loss. By analysing the eigenvalue spectra of this system, we obtained exceptional point (EP). Sensor capacitance is exposed to external perturbation via temperature variation. The sensitivity of proposed coupled system, observed through reflection spectra plot, is particularly high at EP of PT-symmetric system. This high sensitivity is achieved by subjecting the sensor capacitance to external perturbation induced by temperature variation.
