Single-molecule measurement is a method of measuring the current of a molecule using nano-gap electrode. Recent studies have shown active research in analyzing the current characteristics of single-molecules for their identification/classification. However, conventional methods for-identy training based on measurements of target molecules, limiting their application to samples that require a large number of measurement and are difficult to isolate. In this study, we developed a method to identify molecules from single to determine the mix machine learning. Compared to the existing method, our new method discriminated between dGMP and dTMP with higher accuracy. This result expands the applicability of single-molecule measurement to samples that are difficult to purify.
