In this work, 1.6 MW peak power UV laser at 266 nm is demonstrated by the Fourth Harmonic Generation (FHG) of a Q-switched Nd³⁺:YAG/Cr⁴⁺:YAG-based gain aperture of micro-MOPA using a YAl₃(BO₃)₄ nonlinear single crystal.
