福島第一原子力発電所の廃止措置に資するため、原子炉格納容器内部から取り出された物体に含まれる核燃料物質量を計測するための非破壊測定技術開発を実施している。本講演では、候補技術の一つであるアクティブ中性子法（FNDI法）に関する開発において得られた成果を報告する。
