In this study, we propose a novel approach combining Hyperspectral Imaging (HSI) and Laser-Induced Breakdown Spectroscopy (LIBS) for the remote analysis of materials within the 1F reactor. In this presentation, we report the findings of HSI measurements and subsequent analysis conducted in the near infrared region on a simulated fuel debris sample containing UO2 as nuclear fuel.
