• Accomodation Information for APSORC25 Participants (update)

  A limited number of rooms have been reserved at select hotels near the conference venue. While these official hotels offer convenient access and guaranteed availability, please note that the rates may not be the most economical.

  If you are looking for lower-cost options, we recommend checking major hotel booking websites (e.g., Booking.com, Agoda, Rakuten Travel, etc.), where a variety of hotels in Matsue may be available to suit different budgets.

  We encourage all participants to secure accommodation early, especially those with specific price or location preferences.

  We sincerely appreciate the many high-quality submissions we have received.

  The review process is currently underway. Notifications of acceptance will be sent to authors in early June.
