General Rules for Abstract Submission

1. Please submit abstracts using the submission form by clicking the button below. (under construction)
2. The presentation type is oral or poster presentation.
3. Page limitation for Abstract should be within 2 pages.
4. Use the abstract template of MS-Word or TeX format.

The announcement of abstract acceptance

The announcement of abstract acceptance and presentation guideline (presentation date) shall be informed by email in July 2025.

Abstract Submission

Registration and abstraction submission is open from December 20, 2025.

 

Student Presentation Award

APSORC25 will award an Excellent Student Presentation Award for the outstanding presentation by a student presenter. This award is given for both oral and poster presentations. The winners will receive a supplementary prize.

We expect students to actively apply for the presentation.
