The following childcare services are scheduled during the convention.

• December 1 (Sun): A childcare room will be open at the venue (Tsukuba International Congress Center). Anyone is welcome to use the room. However if there are too many requests, the room will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.

• December 2nd (Mon.) and 3rd (Tue.): A child-care room will be available at the venue, or we may refer you to a nearby temporary child-care facility. 

• The childcare room will be available to all Congress participants regardless of whether or not they are presenting.

• Childcare staff will be on hand at the on-site childcare room. 

• Advance registration is required.

- December 3 (Tue) 9:15 AM - 4:45 PM

Note: Opening time is subject to change according to the program organization. After the program is confirmed, we will ask you again for your preferred time of use.

Note: You are welcome to bring your children to the banquet scheduled at 6:00 PM - 8:00 PM on December 2. No nursery will be available during this time.

• December 1 (Sun) : Free
• December 2 (Mon) and 3 (Tue) : 2,000 yen at half day, 3,500 yen at all day of each day

Note: Fees should be paid by cash or credit card on site. We accept VISA, Mastercard, American Express, JCB, Diners Club, and Discover cards.

• If you wish to apply for childcare, please fill out the childcare application form.
• When you apply, a copy of your application will be sent to the e-mail address you entered. If you do not receive the e-mail, please contact us by e-mail at the address below.
• We will also contact you individually for details on the location of the childcare room and what you need to prepare.
• If you cancel or change the time of use, please send an e-mail to the following address as soon as possible. Cancellation due to illness of the child is possible up to the last minute.

Note: Secondary applications will be accepted on a first-come, first-served basis only if the number of applicants does not reach the capacity of the primary application. So please apply to the primary application if possible.
