【ハイライト講演】CO2-水-玄武岩の相互作用は,火山地帯や海洋地殻の変質過程を理解する上で重要である.近年,地球温暖化対策として,地下の玄武岩層にCO2を注入して鉱物化を促進する技術や,高温の玄武岩へCO2を熱媒体として注入して採熱するCO2地熱発電技術への期待が高まっている.本発表では,玄武岩コアに対する高温CO2溶解水の流通試験を実施し,反応に伴う浸透率の変化とそのメカニズムについて議論する予定である.(ハイライト講演とは...)

【ハイライト講演】沈み込むスラブの脱水反応は,スラブとマントル間で大規模な物質移動を起こす.そのため,沈み込み帯ではH2O流体のみを考慮したモデルでは予測されない多様な鉱物が生成する.本講演では,温度勾配及び沈み込む堆積物から放出される流体を考慮した,東北日本と西南日本の前弧マントルにおける流体フラックス及び鉱物組み合わせについて紹介する.また,そのモデルをもとに各沈み込み帯における炭素循環や地震活動について考察する.(ハイライト講演とは...)
