【ハイライト講演】放散虫化石は,代表的な微化石の1つとして年代決定や過去の海洋環境の復元など多岐にわたる研究に利用されている.松崎賢史氏は,太平洋海域における過去1000万年間の放散虫化石群集を解析し,年代層序の構築から地球環境史の復元に至るまで,数多くの重要な研究成果を挙げている.本講演では,松崎氏がこれまで明らかにしてきた放散虫化石を用いた地球環境変動史の総括と,それに基づく気候変動に対する示唆についてご紹介いただく.(ハイライト講演とは...)
