Best Presentation Award
At the 62nd Japan Heat Transfer Symposium, we will hold a Best Presentation Award Session for young researchers and students(There will be no Best Presentation Award session at the HTSJ International Heat Transfer Symposium). This is a great opportunity to showcase the results of your hard work, so we encourage you to apply.
Event Date
- Thursday, May 15, 2025, Day 2 of the Symposium
Presentation Format
- Each presenter will give a poster presentation summarizing his/her presentation.
Eligibility
- Engineers and researchers from companies, universities, and research institutions who are 28 years old or younger as of April 1, 2025, or those who are students at the time of application.
Application Requirements
- Presenters must be members of the Heat Transfer Society of Japan (regular or student members).
- If you are not a member, please apply and pay the membership fee by the early registration deadline.
- All presenters in this session must meet the application requirements. Additionally, those who have previously won this award are not eligible to apply.
Number of Applications
- For students affiliated with a university: 1 applicant per supervisor (1 presentation).
- For those affiliated with research institutions or companies: 1 applicant per research group (1 presentation).
How to Apply
- When applying for the 62nd National Heat Transfer Symposium, please follow the application process and select “Best Presentation Award.”
- Be sure to enter the name of your supervisor or research group leader.
- The manuscript format for this session will be the same as for the general sessions.
Evaluation and Selection Process
- The awardees will be selected based on evaluations conducted by multiple reviewers.
Award Ceremony
- Winners will be honored during the symposium’s general meeting.
