Important Notes
- The term “Member” refers to members of The Heat Transfer Society of Japan.
- Please note that on-site registration, including cash transactions, will not be available on the day of the symposium. Please register online in advance.
- Each participant must register separately.
- Registration is only considered complete upon payment of participation fees and other associated costs.
- Participation fees, banquet fees, and lunch box fees are non-refundable, even in the event of cancellation.
- This year, participant kits will not be sent out in advance.
- Presenters (speakers) in the general sessions and best presentation award sessions of the National Heat Transfer Symposium, as well as student presenters (speakers) in the organized sessions, must be members of The Heat Transfer Society of Japan (including student members, supporting members, and special supporting members). Presenters who are not members must apply for membership and pay the membership fee by the early registration deadline. (For organized sessions, non-student presenters (speakers) who are non-members are allowed to present, but membership is recommended.)
- Presenters (speakers) at the international symposium are recommended to be members of the Japan Society of Heat Transfer (excluding supporting members and special supporting members), but non-members are also allowed to present.
- Receipts can be printed from the online registration system, “Confit.”
Electronic Proceedings
- All participants will receive an electronic version of the proceedings.
Banquet

- A shuttle bus will be provided to take participants back to Naha City after the banquet.

Lunchbox Orders (Deadline: April 4)
- There are few convenience stores and restaurants around the venue. We strongly recommend that you bring your own lunch or order a lunchbox.
- During the registration process, you can order lunchbox for each day of the conference.
- More than 10 minutes walk to the nearest convenience store
- Only a few small restaurants around the venue
- Lunchbox prices will be posted once determined.
