The 62nd National Heat Transfer Symposium/HTSJ International Heat Transfer Symposium

Abstract Submission

Presenter Eligibility

Presenter at the 62nd National Heat Transfer Symposium

Presenters of the General Session and Best Presentation Award Session of the Heat Transfer Symposium are limited to members of the Heat Transfer Society of Japan (except for Supporting Members and Special Supporting Members). If a presenter is not a member, they should apply for membership and pay the membership fee by the early registration deadline. (For organized sessions, please follow the organizer's instructions.)

Presenters at the HTSJ (Heat Transfer Society Japan) International Symposium

Presenters at the HTSJ International Symposium should preferably be members of the Heat Transfer Society of Japan (except for Supporting Members and Special Supporting Members), but non-members are also welcome.

How to Join the Heat Transfer Society of Japan

Please refer to the admission information page of the Heat Transfer Society of Japan.  website.

How to Apply for Presentations

In principle, applications are limited to web submissions only. Please enter the required information via the "Abstract Submission" button in the center of this page.

In the registration form, first, please select whether you will present at the Heat Transfer Symposium or the HTSJ International Symposium. After that, please select whether you will present in the General Session, Organised Session, or Best Presentation Award Session (Heat Transfer Symposium only). If you wish to apply for the Best Presentation Award Session, please refer to the announcement ‘Best Presentation Award (62nd Japan Heat Transfer Symposium)’ in the October issue of the Journal of the Society or Best Presentation Award page.

If you are applying for a presentation at the Heat Transfer Symposium, please enter an abstract of your paper (200-250 characters in Japanese). The abstract will be registered in the Japan Science and Technology Agency (JST) database as the abstract of the Proceedings. If you are applying for a presentation at the International Symposia, please enter an abstract (150-200 words in English).

Only one presentation per speaker will be accepted. However, if you wish to present different topics at both symposia, please contact the organizing committee secretariat.

The acceptance of presentations and the assignment to sessions will be entrusted to the Organizing Committee.
