• Presenters of the General Session and Best Presentation Award Session of the Heat Transfer Symposium are limited to members of the Heat Transfer Society of Japan (except for Supporting Members and Special Supporting Members).
• If the speaker is not a member of the Heat Transfer Society of Japan, please apply for membership and pay the membership fee to become a member as of April 1, 2025. (For organized sessions, please follow the organizer's instructions.)

• If you were not a member at the time of account creation and entered “0000000” (7 digits) in the membership number field, please update your membership number using the following steps as soon as you receive either a temporary membership number or an official membership number after completing the membership registration process.

1. Access the application site: https://htsj.confit.atlas.jp/login.
2. Log in to your account.

3. Click the button displaying your name in the upper right corner of the screen.

   

4. Click “Profile”
   

5. Enter your membership number or temporary membership number in the “Membership Number” field.

6. Scroll to the bottom of the page and click “Next (Confirm).”

7. Review the details and click “Register.”

Your membership number update process is now complete.

※ If you updated your membership number using a temporary membership number, please update it again with the official membership number as soon as you receive it.
