Psychological rehabilitation exercises such as movement therapy are effective in helping children with cerebral palsy, autism spectrum disorder, and Down syndrome to become independent and socially interact (Kumar, Kim, Oh, 2020). Movement therapy has helped children with disabilities and their parents to acquire self-reliance, knowledge of the environment, interpersonal relationships, and communication skills to connect with others. Parents want their children to improve the things they cannot do now and their movements (Tokunaga, 2002; Kumar & Kim et al., 2020).
