This presentation outlines the results of English education changes implemented at our institution in order to train global engineers. Analysis of TOEIC score data suggests that introducing the CLIL method and making certain courses mandatory helped more students achieve over TOEIC 650. Furthermore, supporting students below TOEIC 450 increased their motivation. We are continuing to develop structural approaches to enhance English education for engineering students.
