工学教育においても個人や社会のウェルビーイング（WB）に資する技術者育成が求められ始めている．今後の教育や研究でWBとの向き合い方を考えるうえで必要となるWBの測定方法の理解に向けて，本報では心理尺度と生体情報による測定方法を整理する．
