三菱電機では従業員向けに「能力開発ガイドライン」を社内ポータルサイトで公開し，従業員が業務で必要な能力を習得するための参考にしてもらう取り組みを始めた．本稿では自学自習の手助けを目的に制作した「電気基礎」のガイドラインを中心に紹介する．
