This paper discusses a career training program based on the basic concept of improving metacognition and questioning skills. As the effect of the training, it was shown that the participants increased their willingness to take a step forward, and the improvement of metacognition contributed to the clarification of their careers. Furthermore, the possibility of utilizing ChatGPT is discussed.
