We propose a new Fusion Engineering Education (referred to as Super In-situ education) that incorporates analysis education into In-situ education. By taking theory, experiment, and analysis courses simultaneously, it is possible to efficiently promote understanding and solidify knowledge. We will report on the contents and effects of the in-house training.
