This study proposes an SDG-based standardization education model for higher education, structured in three stages: using, developing, and teaching standards. It introduces a learning tool, “17 Cards to Protect the World,” based on ISO/UNDP PAS 53002:2024. Evaluation using a standardization skills framework suggests the model can enhance communication, negotiation, and planning abilities, supporting practical competencies for social implementation and sustainable innovation.
