This study conceptualized reasonable accommodation as a problem of educational process design and conducted a structural analysis using the Design Structure Matrix (DSM). The results demonstrated that DSM enables the visualization of coordination timing among stakeholders and highlighted the need to regard reasonable accommodation not as a matter of “response,” but as something to be systematically “designed.”
