This study investigated challenges in engineering education in Laos through surveys conducted as part of a global PBL project. Surveys targeting company employees, faculty members, and students identified three major challenges: insufficient practical education and educational resources, limited career awareness, and gaps in perceptions among stakeholders. The results suggest the importance of strengthening practical education, systematic career guidance, and industry–university collaboration.
