Based on an interview with an alumna of ROSE, a voluntary female student team at Osaka Metropolitan University College of Technology, this study analyzes how her on- and off-campus experiences beyond grade and academic-course boundaries, including Expo exhibition activities and support for junior students, were reinterpreted during her transition to corporate engineering work.
