Against the backdrop of the widespread adoption of digital fabrication and generative AI, the mandatory implementation of SSH and information literacy courses, and the advancement of STEAM education, there is a growing need to systematically address science and technology ethics and engineering ethics starting in secondary education. In this session, we will examine the institutional framework, current status, and implementation conditions from multiple perspectives and explore ways to bridge the gap between secondary and higher education.
