Notice to All Participants.
Upon your arrival, please log in to the registration site using your A-Pass in advance, print out your “QR Code for Registration,” and bring it with you. Then, please check in at the QR code reader located at the “Registration Desk” in the 1st-floor Entrance Hall.
The “QR Code for Registration” is printed on the certificate of participation, which is available to download from the “My Page” section of the registration site. It is also displayed on your “My Page” section of the registration site.
*If you do not have the “QR Code for Registration,” verification at the registration desk may take some time.
To ensure a smooth registration process, we kindly ask for your cooperation in preparing the “QR Code for Registration” in advance.
