A nursery room will be set up at the conference venue, for children aged 6 months to 12 years.

The childcare hours (opening hours) are Oct. 21st morning and afternoon (8:30 - 18:00), 22nd morning and afternoon (8:30 - 18:00), 23th morning (8:30 – 12:30), and 24th morning and afternoon (8:30 – 16:00).

Meals cannot be provided in the nursery. We therefore recommend that you go to lunch with your child during the lunch break. If your child needs to eat during childcare, please leave food in the nursery (your child's usual milk, snacks, etc.).

Advance registration is required by Sept. 30th. The cost of childcare is 1,000 JPY per 2 hours.

大会会場には、6ヶ月から12歳までのお子様を対象とした託児ルームを設置します。

保育時間（開所時間）は、10月21日午前・午後（8:30～18:00）、22日午前・午後（8:30～18:00）、23日午前（8:30～12:30）、24日午前・午後（8:30～16:00）です。

託児所での食事は提供できません。昼休みにお子様と一緒にランチに行かれることをお勧めします。保育中にお食事が必要な場合は、お子様の普段飲んでいるミルクやスナック菓子などを保育室にお預けください。

9月30日までに事前申し込みが必要です。保育料は2時間1,000円です。
