[1H07【榊賞受賞講演】]Development of Advanced Electron Holography for 3D and Atomic Level Electromagnetic Field Observations

To achieve ultimate resolution in electron holography, an "atomic resolution holography electron microscope" with an acceleration voltage of 1.2 MV and an aberration corrector has been developed. In electric field observation, we have succeeded in measuring the weak electric charge of catalytic nanoparticles that are thought to contribute to chemical reactions with the accuracy of a single electron and the crystal orientation of the nanoparticles. In magnetic field observation, three-dimensional magnetic field analysis has been applied to the analysis of skirmions. Combined with pulse magnetization system and digital aberration correction after measurement, we have succeeded in observing the magnetic field at the level of crystal lattice plane.
