【Those who have completed the registration for participation】
　　Please download your participation certificate in advance, print it out, and bring it with you.
        After scanning the QR code on your participation certificate, we will provide you with a name holder, so please wear it around your neck before entering the venue.

【Participants on the day (those who have not registered)】
　　Same-day registration will only be accepted if the number of participants has not reached capacity.
　　①At the reception, we will take your business cards (two cards) to confirm your name and contact information.
　　②We will place your business card in a name holder, so please wear it around your neck when entering the room.
　　③We will send the invoice for the social gathering fee as an email attachment at a later date.
　　④Please review the invoice and proceed with the payment transfer.
　　　We do not accept payment in cash. We appreciate your understanding.
