We demonstrate cross-sectional optical coherence tomography (OCT) imaging on investigating the developmental process in zebrafish. The study spans a two-week to five-week developmental period, with dynamic OCT, polarization sensitive contrast and conventional scattering OCT generated. This non-invasive approach enabled visualization of tissue development in zebrafish, particularly highlighting the pigmentation changes and spinal cord development.
