We present comprehensive in vivo polarization-sensitive imaging of zebrafish using Jones matrix optical coherence tomography (JM-OCT) for ultrastructural assessment. By utilizing contrasts such as birefringence, degree of polarization uniformity (DOPU), and optic axis orientation, the system reveals polarization-based information of zebrafish ultrastructure.
