A quantum emitter-coupled gold nanorod dimer hybrid system is proposed for channeling plasmon-enhanced polarized single photons into an optical nanofiber-guided mode. We numerically show that the device strongly enhances the spontaneous emission leading to a high Purcell factor ~ 4575, enhancement factor ~ 588, with a degree of polarization ~ 99%.
