In this work, we investigate solitary wave solutions of the ac-driven nonlinear Schrödinger equation, commonly referred to as the Lugiato-Lefever Equation, in the presence of localized gain and loss. By modifying the governing equation to include distributed loss, we obtain exact analytical solutions describing both localized structures and wave-train patterns, for scenarios with and without chirping. These results strengthen the theoretical understanding of dissipative solitons and highlight their relevance for practical applications in high-capacity telecommunications and optical frequency combs. Our study supports the refined control and design of nonlinear optical systems, contributing to advancements in Kerr-frequency comb dynamics.
