The unique transverse geometry of the anomalous Nernst effect (ANE) offers distinct advantages over the conventional longitudinal Seebeck effect in converting waste heat into electricity. In this study, we focus on the thermoelectric properties of Co1-xPtx thin films with a thickness of 20 nm, systematically varying the Pt content from 0 to 95 at.%. Through comprehensive measurements, we characterized the electrical and thermoelectric properties of these samples. Our results showed a systematic increase in SANE with increasing Pt content, reaching a peak at around x=50% before experiencing a decline at higher concentrations. Notably, the SANE magnitude exhibited a significant enhancement, increasing from 0.33 µV/K for the Pt-free sample to around 3.2 µV/K at x=50%.
