In this contribution, we present the performance of a mode-locked oscillator based on double-clad Tm:ZBLAN fiber. A broad spectrum spread from 1880 nm to 2005 nm was observed. The output power of the oscillator was 402 mW at 90 MHz, which is more than ten times higher than that of our previous oscillators. The output pulses were compressed down to 142 fs using a 20 cm single mode silica fiber and 10 pieces UV fused silica plates (t = 12 mm).
