For Oral Speakers
On-site presentation data submission
All oral presenters are required to check and submit their presentation files at the Preview Center before proceeding to their presentation room.
Presentation files will be available in the assigned session room after submission.
Al l speakers must submit their presentation data in advance at the Preview Center, located in Room 104. The Preview Center will be open during the hours indicated below. Speakers are requested to submit their presentation data and then arrive at the session room at least 30 minutes prior to their presentation. If your session is the first one in the morning, you are advised to submit your presentation data the day before your session.
Presentation data cannot be uploaded in the session room.
Presentations will be delivered using the conference PC.
Please submit your presentation data by a USB flash drive.
Please bring the final version of your presentation data.
Please make sure to arrive at the session room at least 30 minutes before your presentation starts.

Presentation time
Except for keynote speakers, the presentation duration is 15 minutes maximum in most sessions, including questions (12 minutes for the presentation and 3 minutes for questions).
In some sessions, the presentation duration is limited to 10 minutes including questions.
Please refer to the detailed program for your presentation duration. Please make sure to keep your presentation within the assigned time, as no overtime will be allowed.
Presentation data
PPT Presenter View is available only in the Main Hall. In all other session rooms, Presenter View is not supported. Only Microsoft PowerPoint 2016 or later versions are supported.
Please use standard Windows fonts. If you prepare your slides on a Mac, please check font compatibility and video playback in advance.
All presentation files must be checked and submitted at the Preview Center prior to your presentation.
A preview check is included as part of the submission process.

▶ Software: PowerPoint 2021 (compatible with PowerPoint 2016 and 2019)
▶ Screen size: Full HD (1920 × 1080)Note: “16:9” format is recommended, but “4:3” format is also acceptable.
Animation and video usage are allowed but ensure that your video fles are in MP4 format and encoded with codes included in the default settings of Windows 11 and Windows Media Player 12.
Please note that there may be potential technical issues with videos, so it is advisable to bring backup copies of the original video file.
During the conference, presenters will be responsible for operating the equipment provided on the podium during their presentations.
