Kyoto International Conference Center
From Kokusaikaikan Station [K01] on the Karasuma Line, leave by Exit 4-2. The registration desk is in the New Hall, on your right as you approach the venue. The Main Building (ICC Kyoto), the Annex Hall, the Event Hall and the New Hall are all shown here.
Main Building 1F
Main Hall, Rooms C-1 to H, Room 157, Sakura and Swan, and the Preview Center.
For the Annex Hall, carry on past the Preview Center. For the Event Hall and New Hall, leave the building by Room H.
Main Building 2F
Room A, Rooms B-1 and B-2, Rooms I, J and K.
Main Building 5F
Rooms 501 to 555, Prayer Room and the Coffee Break area.
Annex Hall
Annex Hall-1 and -2. Connected to the Main Building 1F corridor by the Preview Center (Room 104) — carry on past it and the Committees room (Room 101), down the short flight of steps, and the entrance is on your left.
Event Hall and New Hall
Both halls are reached from the Main Building by Room H. Follow the path outside: the Event Hall comes first, the New Hall just beyond it. Posters are held in both; registration, the cloak room and lunch are in the New Hall, the exhibition in the Event Hall.
