For Poster Speakers

Printed Posters
The Program Committee has scheduled three poster sessions for the Congress, all of which will be held in the same poster venue. 
Posters are numbered sequentially in the program book and, where possible, grouped according to IHC2026 symposium topics and subject areas.

Posters will be presented in a printed, board-mounted format. Authors are required to print their posters in advance and display them on the board bearing the same number as indicated in the program book.

As the same venue will be used for all three posters sessions, posters must be removed and replaced between sessions according to the designated schedule.

Poster Size
Each poster must be contained within A0 size (84.1cm x 118.9cm).
The poter board size is approximately 90 cm (W) × 210 cm (H).

Set Up
Your poster must be placed in the assigned space in the Event Hall. You’ ll find your abstract number on the upper side of the poster board. 

The poster board is covered with felt cloth, and the frame is aluminum. Please do not attach anything to the metal frame. Push pins placed near your poster board are available.

 

Poster Presentation Time
Poster sessions will take place from 14:00 to 15:00 on 24, 25, and 27 August.
Posters will be presented in a printed, board-mounted format.
No individual presentation time or short talks will be scheduled during the poster session.

Presenters are requested to be present at their posters during the “Presenter Availability” time slot for questions and discussion.
Further details regarding poster session schedules will be announced in the final program.

The schedules below indicate the poster display and presenter availability times.

Viewing 10:00 AM–05:00 PM
