[OP04-1-04] Epigenetic control by Polyhomeotic Homolog 1 (Phc1) in the Nervous System Developmentクロマチン構造と脳発生の関係を明らかにする目的で、ポリコーム型転写抑制複合体に着目する。この構成因子の１つPhc1は、変異ES細胞は神経の初期発生に異常を示す一方、マウス変異胚は小頭症となる。
