小山工業高等専門学校では、1年生から全学生が受講する学科横断科目を設定し、早い段階から他学科の学生との交流や、専門性を活かしたグループワークなどを継続的に実践する仕組みがある。本発表では、5年生で実施する学科横断科目の取り組みを説明する。
