In the manufacturing field, diverse talent utilization is demanded. By offering opportunities for individuals with various abilities to fully demonstrate their potential, innovation can be fostered, and contributions can be made to value creation. Based on our research, we will introduce specific examples where promoting employment for disabled individuals has led to improved well-being for all employees, as well as long-term benefits and sustainability for businesses. We will discuss the significance of these examples.
