This study developed and preliminarily evaluated a learning module integrating inclusive design and engineering ethics, focusing on inclusivity in development processes. The module includes lectures on disability employment and DE&I, a blind football activity, and an ethics card game. Pilot workshops were held in August and December 2025. Survey results and feedback indicated improved understanding of inclusive perspectives in product development and the importance of engineering ethics.
