Against the backdrop of rapidly changing industrial structures and work styles, there is a growing need for a continuous approach to developing communication skills across both higher education and the business sector. In this workshop, we will begin by sharing insights based on surveys of companies, and then discuss the extent to which universities should be responsible for developing these skills and the corresponding role of companies. Through this discussion, we aim to deepen mutual understanding regarding the roles and expectations of both parties.
