A Conference Banquet is planned as follows.

Date & Time: November 5 (Thu), 19:00–21:00

Venue: ZenZero Meieki (approximately a few minutes’ walk from the conference venue)

Participation Fee: JPY 7,000 for regular participants; JPY 3,000 for students

Capacity: 100 participants (standing buffet style)

Banquet registration and payment will be available through the online registration system starting at 12:00 noon on September 9 (Wed). We kindly ask for your cooperation in completing the registration process as early as possible.
