For Poster Presentation

Poster presentations will operate on a daily replacement schedule. Posters may be displayed in portrait orientation on the poster boards, accommodating up to A0-plus size posters. The dimensions of each poster board are 900 mm (width) × 1800 mm (height).

The core poster presentation period is planned to be held after the oral sessions on the first and second days. If poster presentations are also scheduled on the third day, the core time will be held in the morning. Details regarding poster display times, core presentation periods, and related information will be announced on the conference website and other channels when the conference program is released.

Each oral presentation is allocated 15 minutes, consisting of 12 minutes for the presentation and 3 minutes for questions and discussion.

Each oral presentation room will be equipped with a projector for displaying a computer screen. The projector connection is HDMI only. Please bring your own computer as well as any necessary adapter(s).

Please note that presentation slides prepared in a 16:9 aspect ratio are recommended.
