Registration and Participation

To attend the conference, participants must complete registration and payment in advance through the Online Registration System.

On-site registration will not be available. All participants are required to complete registration and payment before the conference.

Participants who have paid the registration fee will receive access to the electronic proceedings. Registration also entitles participants to attend oral and poster sessions, as well as the awards ceremony and commemorative lecture.

Participants Who Have Completed Advance Registration

Printing Your Name Badge

Please log in to the Conference Registration System and download your badge using the "Download Badge" button. We kindly ask that you print your badge in advance and bring it with you to the conference.

• Badge holders (folded A4 size) will be provided at the venue.
• No check-in procedure is required. After receiving your badge holder, please proceed directly to the conference area.

If You Forgot or Lost Your Printed Badge

• Please inform the registration desk of your registration number (A00–).

Participants Who Have Not Completed Advance Registration

• Please register using your own smartphone or computer through the Conference Registration System.
• After completing registration, a name badge will be issued at the registration desk.

Please note that cash payments will not be accepted at the venue. Payment must be completed through the Conference Registration System by credit card or bank transfer.
