〇 Smoking, Eating, and Drinking
Please refrain from smoking in areas other than the designated smoking areas (designated smoking areas are located in 9F). Eating and drinking inside are the venue are generally prohibited. Please take your garbage home with you.

 

〇 Cloakroom
A cloakroom for conference attendees will be available in 5F. Please note that we are unable to accept valuables or cash. Also, please be aware that if we cannot confirm the wearing of name tags, we will not be able to accept your belongings.

〇 Internet Access
Free Wi-Fi is available, but please restrict its use to basic tasks such as checking emails. If you require a larger bandwidth, please prepare your own Wi-Fi environment.

Please note that photography and video recording of presentations are prohibited without the presenter's permission.
