RE124 is a promising high-Tc superconductor, but grain boundary misorientation reduces its critical current density. To improve grain alignment, we applied triaxial magnetic alignment to Dy124 powders using two modulated rotating magnetic field (MRF) methods: a Linear-Drive Type (LDT-MRF) and a superconducting magnet-based system (SC-magnet).The results obtained from pole figure analysis demonstrate that both MRF methods are effective for triaxial alignment.
