While the number of devices of Intetnet of Things(IoT) and biomedical electrnoics increases in these day, the wireless power accessibility and data transmission reamains elusive problem to solve. On the other hand, it is important not to interfere with common bands we use in bluetooth, Wi-Fi, cellular mobile communication and so on. In this study, we propose a concept of sub-322 MHz radio frequency transmission system to abide by the license-free radio wave emission regulation and cooperate with the light energy harvesting system development in our previous research. So that we can implement ultra-small devices for IoT and implantable biomedical usage working solely.
