Diamond spin systems offer long coherence times and high-fidelity control, making them attractive for scalable quantum computing. To realize scalability, we propose a modular architecture where multiple diamond nodes are interconnected via integrated photonic circuits . As shown in Fig. 1a, the hybrid structure combines a diamond nanobeam with an underlying Al2O3 waveguide for photon routing. Building on our previous high-Q cavity design on a waveguide platform , we now demonstrate its experimental realization.
